Our desire is to maintain a small-town personal feel to our company. As such, we would love to return any products based on the word of our beloved patrons. However, we are still a small family company without a large financial backing, and, therefore, do not have the means to return any product we wouldn’t be able to sale again. If we receive your product with an unbroken seal and in its original packaging, we will be happy to restock and refund. There will also be a 15% restocking fee to help us recoup the cost of the original processing. But, at this time, if the seal has been broken then we can not refund. We hope you understand and that we value each of our customers.
